JULY PROGRAMME

Monday Sessions – Metactive Swim Project (School Year 9+)

July 20th & July 27th – 14:30–15:30 YAG community partnership programme. Activity: Swim Spaces limited – contact us for more information.

Tuesday Sessions – Senior Open Access at Powerhouse

July 21st & July 28th – 18:15–20:45 Youth activities including art, music, sport, cooking, games, information, support, guidance and social activities. No booking required.

Wednesday Sessions – Post‑16 Drop‑In at Powerhouse

July 22nd & July 29th – 13:00–15:00 Information, support and guidance for Year 11 leavers and young people up to age 25.

Wednesday – Community Street‑Based Youth Work

July 22nd & July 29th – 17:00–20:00 Llanishen, Pentwyn and Llanedeyrn areas. Detached youth work teams offering support and engagement in local communities.

Thursday Sessions – Metactive Gym Project (School Year 9+)

July 23rd & July 30th – 13:00–14:00 YAG community partnership programme. Activity: Gym Spaces limited – contact us for more information.

Thursday – Junior Open Access at Powerhouse

July 30th – 18:15–20:30 Youth activities including art, music, sport, cooking, games, information, support and guidance. No booking required.

Friday Sessions – Metactive Football Project (School Year 9+)

July 24th & July 31st – 13:00–14:00 YAG community partnership programme. Activity: Football Spaces limited – contact us for more information.

Friday 24th July – Pentwyn Youth Pop‑Up Event

Pentwyn Skate Park – 16:00–19:00 Games, sports, arts, competitions and support for young people aged 11–17. Delivered with local youth action group partners.

Ongoing: Summer Transition Support

Monday July 20th – Friday August 28th, 9:00–15:00 Daily support for 879 Year 11 school leavers and additional young people not in education.

August 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th – 14:00–20:00 Outdoor activities promoting healthy lifestyles, resilience and wellbeing.

Powerhouse, 12:00–15:00 Information, support and guidance relating to GCSE results.

Wednesdays – Age 16+ NEET Support

August 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th – 12:00–15:00 Weekly support for young people aged 16–25 not in education, employment or training.

Saturday 15th August – Touch Rugby Tournament

All‑day event with Canton RFC. Powerhouse Panthers competing in a touch rugby tournament.
