When and how did you get involved with Cardiff Youth Service?
I started in March 2021. I was at North Ely Youth Centre supporting a young person in my previous job when I got chatting to the Youth Workers there. I was telling them that I had recently graduated with my MA in Youth Work and that I wanted a new challenge and to work for a Youth Service. They told me that Youth Mentor jobs were taking new applications the following day, so I applied straight away. It's as if it was meant be!
