Impact LGBTQ+
Impact is a youth group for LGBTQ+ people aged 11-25. We run two groups , for those 11-18 and 16-25, every Tuesday in Cathays. We are a fun and safe space for young people to be themselves, meet new people and have fun, while also having the opportunity to try new things and learn about themselves and the world around them.

Pride Cymru
Pride Cymru is a volunteer-led charity that works to promote the elimination of discrimination be it on the grounds of sexual orientation, gender, race, religion or ability.
DYN Wales
The Safer Wales Dyn project provides support to Heterosexual, Gay, Bisexual and Trans men who are experiencing Domestic abuse from a partner.
Glitter Cymru
Glitter Cymru is a Cardiff based social meet-up group for Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic (BAME) people who are Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans (LGBT+).
Switchboard
Switchboard is a confidential listening service for the LGBT+ communities. We offer support across our helpline, email and instant messaging, 10am-10pm daily.
Outcome
Outcome is a client-led LGBT service that has been run by a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered team for 15 years and is one of the few LGBT mental health services in London.
GMFA
GMFA is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to gay men’s health. GMFA is the gay men’s health branch of the Health Equality and Rights Organisation (HERO) which works to reduce health inequalities for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans* communities.

Galop
Our helpline is available for anyone in the UK who is LGBT+ and has experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime or so-called ‘conversion therapy’. we are also there for friends, family members, and professionals supporting LGBT+ victims of abuse.
