Flying Start
Flying Start is a Welsh Government funded programme which is targeted at children aged 0-3 years 11 months and their families who live in certain areas of Cardiff defined by post code.
The Child Care Offer Team
The Childcare Offer will provide all eligible working parents living in Cardiff with a combined 30 hours of government-funded childcare and Foundation Phase Nursery Provision for 3 and 4 year olds, for up to 48 weeks per year.
