Discord Youth Club! 16+ ** Half Term **

 

 

 

 

Join our Discord for ages 16+  We offer a variety of activities and opportnities both in-person and online. There is 1-1 and group support available with a youth worker through the server. Explore your future, and talk to like-minded young people and make new friends! To get involved simply complete the sign-up form by clicking 'register'.
