When and how did you get involved with Cardiff Youth Service?
I was engaging with CYS when I was about 14 years old. I did the young leader programme and helped by doing some volunteering. A few years later when I was 18 and just finishing my 2nd year in college in Plumbing at CAVC my old youth mentor reached out to me letting me know there was a trainee position out for the Powerhouse team. So I applied and got it. I joined CYS in 2021.

Best memory working for Cardiff Youth Services
My best memory at CYS would be when I and my team was running a consultation in Pentwyn. This is my favourite memory as we empowered young people to make a positive impact on their area along with making a film helping to give young people a platform for their voice.
