When and how did you get involved with Cardiff Youth Service?
I started working for CYS in June 2020. I previously worked for Blaenau Gwent Youth Services as a school-based youth worker.

Favourite thing about working for Cardiff Youth Services
I love the diversity of this role. I also enjoy being a part of the school and working closely with outside agencies to ensure young people access the support they need.
Best memory working for Cardiff Youth Services
My best memory of working for CYS is seeing the young people I have supported moving on to their intended destinations. It really is rewarding to know that I have helped in a small way. A particular young person I supported is football mad and wanted to attend the Cardiff City Foundation when he left school. Seeing his face when we both attended the CCF was priceless! He started there in September and is enjoying every minute.

I'm a drummer and I have been in three signed bands over the years. I love music and I have an extensive vinyl record collection.
